Information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and to the Guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority) of 10 June 2021.

01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited place on the user's device, where they are stored so as to be sent back to the site on the next visit. Similar technologies, such as tracking pixels, local storage and device fingerprints, perform similar functions and are subject to the same rules.
Cookies are divided into first-party cookies, installed by the site operator, and third-party cookies, installed by other parties.

03Third-party content
Some pages may embed content hosted by external providers, such as videos or typographic fonts. These providers may install their own cookies, over which the Data Controller has no direct control. The relevant privacy notices can be consulted on the websites of the respective providers.
Typefaces are served directly from the HiPadel domain: no request is sent to external providers in order to display the site, and no IP address is disclosed to third parties before a choice is made by the user.
Subject to the user's consent, and only thereafter, the site activates the following third-party tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — Google Ireland Limited. Statistical measurement purposes, “statistics” category. Configured without advertising signals and without ad personalisation.
- Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Measurement of advertising campaigns and creation of audience segments, “marketing” category.
Both providers may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision. Without consent neither of the two is loaded: not even the relevant script is downloaded, and there are no tracking images that would operate with JavaScript disabled.
04How to manage consent
On first access, a banner is displayed allowing all cookies to be accepted, all to be rejected or individual categories to be selected. Rejection is made available just as immediately as acceptance, with no penalty to browsing.
The choice may be changed at any time by reopening the preferences panel from the link in the footer. Closing the banner without making any choice does not amount to consent and results in the installation of technical cookies only.
05Disabling from the browser
Cookies may also be managed or deleted from your own browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair the proper functioning of some areas of the site and of the client area.
